Launched in Q3 2020, Eureka Taxis Western Victoria (“Eureka Taxis Ballarat”) is Western Victoria’s only locally owned and operated Taxi Service Provider.

We have gone back to basics whilst keeping pace with technology advances in our every day world to offer a one of a kind customer experience to our customers.

Our dispatch, administration and operations is based our of our head office located in Ballarat Victoria.

Each any every one of our drivers is put through rigorous training specializing in customer service, knowledge and safe operations of a motor vehicle.

Eureka Taxis runs a board of directors that oversee the direction and uphold the vision of the company. These members are carefully chosen to represent the interests of our venture and understanding of the industry.

What makes us great is our dedication to assisting our customers no matter what their needs are.

We are seeking private equity / angel investors to allow us to continue to grow and continue to offer our services to Australia.

Once I found the correct url to book online the booking process went smoothly. There is no online booking link on eurekataxis.com.au, you need to use book.etwv.com.au I was kept informed with text messages of booking and driver assignment and I was able to track the taxi. Jeff arrived on time, car was clean and Jeff was friendly and got me there safely and on time. Overall another excellent service from Eureka Taxis.

Eureka Taxis – from the moment the dispatcher takes the call, clients are greeted with a warm, friendly welcoming tone, to where you feel valued, then constantly kept up to date with where the taxi is, estimated time of arrival and who your driver will be. Once in the car the experience is a positive one, over this last week, eureka taxis have been my lifesaver with my husband being in the hospital, the entire fleet of drivers particularly Ebony. Mark. Josh, Matthew and Jeff have been super friendly and know the Ballarat region like the back of their hand, I was able to enjoy a nice conversation with the drivers who came across with a warm, caring approach to even asking how my partner was doing following his medical episode. I would recommend Eureka Taxis to all my family and friends, there needs to be more prompt arrival, welcoming service that Eureka displays and I look forward to travelling with them again in the future. An absolutely delightful organisation and a real asset to the Ballarat community.

After my First Experience of Eureka Taxis to-day , I only ever want to use Eureka Taxis. I wish they were everywhere. They answered the phone with a warm friendly tone. The person knew where I was – I gave them the closest landmark as I didn’t know the physical address. Mark was the driver. He was a local – could have chatted with him for ages – we talked about 1980’s Music. He even apologised for the traffic lights turning red! Car was spotless and spacious inside. Really comfortable trip. And when we reached my destination – Ballarat Station – he took my large backpack out of the boot and handed it to me without me even asking. Eureka Taxis is a first class service. Like the name suggests – it is like finding Gold. Thank you.

Ebony from Eureka Taxis ( Ballarat ) was extremely helpful with the trip.

As it turned out Ebony was a little late with picking us up as a consequence Ebony made up for this by not charging us for our trip with, we were extremely grateful for not only Ebony’s ownership of the matter but to make up for it in the manner that she did was outstanding.

Ebony, was extremely caring, much appreciated.

We have caught a taxi 5 times now with Ebony & I cannot think of a driver I would want to book a taxi with other than Ebony.

In this day and age Ebony is an extreme rarity.

We hope that Eureka Taxi service realises how valuable an employee we see Ebony as customer.
