Every 12 months all vehicles are required by law to undergo roadworthiness checks, in order to remain compliant
Further to this we have a team of in-house mechanics and a state of the art workshop to ensure each of our vehicles is maintained and serviced in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
We encourge our drivers to report any issues, noises that seem not normal to our team for investergation.

Reliability
When Eureka Taxis launched in Q4 2020, our market research showed that customers where being left stranded with booked taxis not showing up leaving the customers stranded.
With Eureka Taxis we want to put our customers fears at ease. We offer multiple ways of booking a taxi no matter of its for an evening out, medical appointments or personal leisure we will also show up. If in the event we are delayed, we will contact you.
When booking with us you are provided a link once the driver has accepted the job to be able to track the driver.
So remember when you need to travel choose the company that is locally owned and operated.

Customer Service
When under taking our market research in Q4 2020, Eureka Taxis found that there was very poor customer service being delivered to the customers looking for taxis. This was either a local dispatcher answering the phone that was rude and nasty or a call centre based out of Melbourne that did not know or understand Ballarat
When Eureka Taxis started one of our first orders of business was to change this by setting up our own dispatch and operations centre and employing local people that know Ballarat.
This operations centre is operated 7 days a week between 8AM – 9PM Monday – Thursday and on Friday / Saturday the centre is open between 8AM – 1AM. Outside these hours drivers answer the phone and take bookings
After each shift all our drivers clean both the inside and outside of their vehicles to ensure that the vehicles are clean and tidy for our passengers and ready for the next drivers shift. Gone are the days of getting into a dirty and smelly cab with Eureka Taxis.
When Eureka Taxis started one of our first orders of business was to change this by setting up our own dispatch and operations centre and employing local people that know Ballarat.
